Returns Policy
Unless specified differently in the product listing, almost all items are returnable for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within 24 hours of us receiving item back; however, in many cases you will receive a refund even more quickly. If you use your own shipping label, please message us as soon as possible with the tracking number.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Shipping
We ship exclusively to the United States, and it's territories. If it's feasible to ship via USPS then we also will ship to APO/FPO Addresses.
Usually we ship via USPS Ground Advantage, a service that takes 2 to 5 business days to arrive. Some larger items may be shipped via another method at our discretion. All items purchased before 7am Monday-Saturday usually ship same day, otherwise, everything else ships next business day.
